1. Who we are
BestMart Connect (the “App”) is the work app of BESTMART ONLINE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (“BestMart”, “we”, “us”), operator of bestmart.in. The App is used only by our employees, advisors and partners to record attendance, calls, leads, tasks, training and business. This policy explains what personal and sensitive data the App collects, how it is used and shared, and your choices.
2. Data we collect and why

Before any sensitive permission (location, call log, camera, microphone) is requested, the App shows an in-app notice explaining this data use and asks for your consent. You can decline; some work features cannot work without the permission.
3. How we share data
- Inside BestMart only: authorised admins, HR and your managers, for attendance, payroll and work management.
- Service providers that host or deliver our service (for example cloud hosting and Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications), bound to use it only for us.
- When required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on secured servers with access limited to authorised staff.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep work and employment data while you work with us and afterwards only as long as required for payroll, tax and legal purposes. Location data is kept only as long as needed for attendance records. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by writing to us (see Contact); we will delete it except where the law requires us to keep it.
6. Your choices and rights
- You can deny or withdraw permissions any time in Android Settings → Apps → BestMart Connect → Permissions.
- You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, or deletion.
- Logging out or uninstalling stops all collection from your device.
7. Children
The App is only for adults (18+) who work with BestMart. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date, and the App will ask for consent again if data use changes.
