BESTMART Seller Membership Plans - Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction These terms and conditions govern the use of BESTMART's seller membership plans provided by Bestmart Online Services Private Limited. By purchasing a membership plan, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Non-Refundable Policy All membership plans are strictly non-refundable. Once purchased, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the service, change of business circumstances, or lack of usage.

3. Membership Pricing and GST All membership plans are subject to an additional 18% GST. The total amount payable will include the base plan price plus GST.

4. Plan Activation Membership plans will be activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Members will receive a confirmation email with plan details and activation status.

5. Lead Generation and Management

• BESTMART will provide leads based on the selected membership plan. The number of leads provided per day is capped according to the plan limits.
• BESTMART does not guarantee a specific number of leads or the conversion of leads into sales.
• It is the member’s responsibility to follow up on leads. BESTMART provides no guarantees regarding the quality or conversion rate of leads.

6. Tele-caller Support

• Tele-caller support is available as per the membership plan duration. Support includes assistance with lead follow-up and customer interactions.
• BESTMART does not guarantee the availability of a dedicated tele-caller for every member.

7. Product Listings

• Members can list products up to the limit specified in their plan. Listings must comply with BESTMART's product listing guidelines.
• BESTMART reserves the right to remove listings that violate its policies or terms of service.

8. Renewal of Membership

• Membership plans are valid for one year from the date of activation.
• Members will receive renewal reminders prior to the expiry of their plan. Renewal is optional and subject to the current terms and pricing at the time of renewal.

9. Termination of Membership

• BESTMART reserves the right to terminate membership without notice for violation of terms, misuse of the platform, or any unlawful activities.
• In case of termination, no refunds will be issued.

10. Limitation of Liability

• BESTMART is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the membership services.
• BESTMART does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to its services.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• BESTMART reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or through the platform.

12. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State]. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City/Region].
